Dr. Skelton had been in orthodontic practice for many years in Texas, but relocated his family to Colorado Springs in 2006.  Dr. Skelton  and his wife, Eve, have been married for 30 years and have three children ranging in age from 20 to 9.  They are excited to be in Colorado, and are enjoying getting to know the community.

Our modern, efficient facility welcomes patients of all ages. Dr. Skelton feels that most children should have an orthodontic screening at age 8 or 9, and this service is provided free to the community, to make parents aware of their child’s needs.  Most children do not require treatment until a later age, but parents will be informed of potential things to look for, and will gain peace of mind knowing that their children have been evaluated by an orthodontic professional. 

 

Dr. Skelton attends multiple orthodontic meetings every year.  Orthodontic appliances and techniques have changed dramatically over the past years, making adjustments easier, and treatment times shorter.  The most modern self-ligating brackets are offered in both metal and ceramic.  Invisalign is also offered at this office.  Adults and teenagers are welcome to take advantage of free initial consultations to evaluate any concerns that they may have.
